Deputy L.T. Smith responded to a report of a known intoxicated male driving in the Banks Ford Parkway area. The suspect was located and showed clear signs of intoxication but oddly claimed he only had “one glass of milk.” He was promptly arrested and charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content above .2. He is currently being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2,500 secured bond.
