A pair of intoxicated individuals caused a scene at Walmart, knocking over shelves and ramming shopping carts into displays. Deputy T.W. Jenkins arrived to find them highly intoxicated. They admitted to “horsing around” but were charged with public intoxication and disorderly conduct. One of them, a 21-year-old, received an additional vandalism charge for destroying store property. Both were held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
