An out-of-control party at an Airbnb on Decatur Road led to a public intoxication arrest. While helping to disperse the crowd, Sergeant E.E. West noticed a heavily intoxicated woman dancing in the road after refusing multiple offers for a ride. She was arrested and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
