A driver who admitted to being intoxicated after crashing into a ditch was arrested early on March 21.
Deputies responded to the scene and observed signs of impairment. The driver stated they had consumed alcohol prior to the crash. After conducting field sobriety testing and attempting to obtain a breath sample, the suspect was taken into custody.
David Foreman, 21, of King George, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing. He was held until sober.
