Deputies assisting with a vehicle removal from a ditch noticed the driver behaving erratically. Vincent Ganci, 51, of Galloway, New Jersey, displayed signs of intoxication and was arrested for driving under the influence. He was held on a secured bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
