Deputy K.W. Suter arrested a 47-year-old woman early Thursday morning after finding her truck improperly stopped on the highway. Upon investigation, she was determined to be under the influence. Further searches led to charges for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, and improper stopping on the highway. She is currently being held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
