Deputies assisting Fire and Rescue personnel at the Bearded Monkey were directed to a red pickup truck that was running in the parking lot. The driver displayed signs of intoxication, including unsteadiness and the odor of alcoholic beverages.
After field sobriety testing, 39-year-old Kalen Taylor of Stafford was taken into custody and charged with driving under the influence. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on an unsecured bond until sober.
