Deputy M.N. Sayegh observed a vehicle running a red light at a busy intersection. Upon stopping the driver, who claimed to be heading to interviews, signs of intoxication and an expired license were noted. Field sobriety tests confirmed impairment. The man was charged with DUI, driving without a valid license, failure to obey a traffic light, and two counts of refusal. He remains held without bond.
