A late-night crash involving multiple vehicles resulted in a DUI arrest in Stafford County. Deputy Osborne responded to reports of an accident where a driver struck two parked vehicles before overturning.
Upon arrival, the driver exhibited clear signs of impairment, including the smell of alcohol, glossy eyes, and unsteady balance. The individual admitted to drinking prior to deputies arriving on scene.
After failing a field sobriety test, the suspect was taken into custody. A breath test later confirmed a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
Tahir Alkadri, 56, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
