A traffic stop for speeding turned into a multi-charge DUI arrest in the early morning hours. Deputy D. S. Jett pulled over Lino Saldana Rodriguez, 25, of Stafford, and discovered the driver was operating with a suspended license due to a prior DUI. Additionally, Rodriguez was required to use an ignition interlock system, which was not installed. An open container of alcohol was also found in the vehicle. Rodriguez was arrested and charged with DUI (second offense within five years), driving suspended – DUI related, operating without ignition interlock, and reckless driving by speed. He is currently held without bond at the Rappahannock Regional Jail.
