An early morning crash led to a DUI arrest when a woman fled the scene on foot after crashing her vehicle. Deputy W.E. Trainor located the driver shortly thereafter. She exhibited signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking beer before driving out for cigarettes. She has been charged with driving under the influence and is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
