A call reporting indecent exposure led to a DUI arrest on Red Fern Lane. The witness stated a visibly intoxicated man exited his vehicle and urinated in nearby bushes. Sergeant E.E. West responded and found the suspect behind the wheel. The man admitted to having consumed “one whisky,” and had an open alcoholic beverage in the vehicle. Upon further inspection, his car had expired registration, expired inspection, and no front license plate. The man was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, drinking while driving, refusal to submit to testing, indecent exposure, expired registration, expired inspection, and improper display of a license plate. He was taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail and held without bond.
