Sergeant M.L. Jacobeen observed a vehicle failing to maintain its lane and conducted a traffic stop. The driver admitted to drinking beer at a nearby birthday party, and several empty beer cans were found in the vehicle. Further investigation revealed the driver was in possession of a fake Social Security card. He was charged with driving under the influence (BAC above .2), drinking while driving, driving without a license, possessing a fictitious operator’s license, and a traffic lane violation. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $3,000 secured bond.
