During a traffic stop, Sergeant S.C. Jett and Deputy R.A. Kehoe arrested Nia Booth, 39, of Spotsylvania. Booth, whose license was already suspended, exhibited signs of intoxication. She failed field sobriety tests and was charged with driving under the influence and driving on a suspended license. Booth was booked at the Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
