After witnessing a vehicle make an illegal U-turn, deputies stopped the driver and detected signs of intoxication, including glassy eyes and an odor of alcohol. Kimberly Benson, 43, of Renton, Washington, was arrested for DUI and issued a summons for the traffic violation. She was released on an unsecured bond.
