DUI: Boswell’s Corner Stafford VA

First Sergeant M.R. Flick was traveling Northbound on Richmond Highway near Corporate Drive when he observed a vehicle traveling Southbound at 66 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. First Sergeant Flick conducted a traffic stop as Deputy W.E. Trainor responded to assist. The 19-year-old driver had signs of intoxication, but admitted to consuming “not much” alcohol. “Not much” was apparently five shots of Crown Royal for the underage driver. She was charged with driving under the influence, driving after illegally consuming alcohol, and reckless driving. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
