Deputy W.E. Trainor responded to a drunk driver complaint. The caller advised the driver of a Cadillac, who appeared to be “tweaking out,” got out of his vehicle and began assaulting his bumper. Deputy Trainor made contact with the driver who had signs of intoxication and admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving to this location. Using business cameras, Deputy Trainor confirmed the driver drove to this location. He was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content between .15 and .2. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
