A hit-and-run incident led deputies to arrest Jonathan Yepes, 42, of Stafford VA, after he admitted to rear-ending another vehicle and fleeing the scene. Deputies located Yepes still in the driver’s seat of his vehicle at his residence, where he displayed signs of intoxication, including a strong odor of alcohol. He was arrested and charged with driving under the influence (with elevated blood alcohol content) and hit and run. Yepes is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail under a secured bond.
