Deputy C.T. Richardson and Deputy T.G. Croson responded to an unknown problem. The caller advised a Nissan had been sitting at the traffic light through multiple light cycles. Deputies observed the Nissan driver had fallen asleep with his foot on the brake. After his wakeup call, stronger than your common expresso, deputies observed several signs of intoxication. The driver would also admit to consuming two margaritas prior to driving. The margarita lover would tango down to Rappahannock Regional Jail where he was charged with driving under the influence and held until sober.
