Deputy C.A. Osborne responded to a single vehicle auto accident. It was advised the driver of a Honda was traveling on Mine Road when it continued straight through the intersection and collided with a one-way sign. The driver, who had signs of intoxication, advised he was heading to Massachusetts. He also advised that “Lemon says hi” and attempted to get Deputy Osborne to sing with him. The musical duet would need to wait, for the driver was charged with driving under the influence. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail pending his ability to participate in a bond hearing.
