DUI: Mine Road Stafford VA

Deputy B.E. Vaughn responded to a disturbance. The caller advised the rider of a moped fell off his bike, got back on it, and drove off. Deputies were able to quickly locate the moped driver due to his high visibility vest and made contact with him. The driver had signs of intoxication, admitted to consuming two to three beers prior to driving, and was found with mini-bottles of vodka in his pockets. He was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content between .15 and .2. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
