Deputy J.J. Holetzky was traveling in the area when he observed the driver in front of him straddling the white center line, essentially traveling in the middle of two lanes. Deputy Holetzky conducted a traffic stop and made contact with the driver, who had signs of intoxication. While the driver admitted to consuming “one beer,” his BAC would state otherwise. The driver was charged with driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content above .2. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
