Sergeant E.E. West was traveling on Plantation Drive when she observed a Honda cut off another vehicle to turn into the shopping center. While doing so, the Honda would ride on the wrong side of a divided median. Before the driver could Live Mas, Sergeant West conducted a traffic stop. The driver had signs of being under the influence and estimated to be a six on a one to ten scale for being under the influence. It was also discovered the driver had brass knuckles concealed on his person. He was charged with driving under the influence, carrying a concealed weapon, and the traffic lane violation. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
