Deputy P.J. Leon responded to a ditch driver. The caller advised a vehicle was in a ditch and multiple people were attempting to push it out. Deputy Leon arrived on scene and made contact with the driver, who had signs of intoxication. It was discovered the driver overshot his path while attempting to back the vehicle out of the driveway. It was also discovered the driver had no driver’s license and consumed “five to ten” Modelos. Whether it was five or if it was ten, it was still way too many. The driver was charged with driving under the influence and driving without a license. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $1,500 secured bond.
