DUI: Wawa, 9 South Gateway Drive Stafford VA

Deputy H.T. Wagner and Deputy I.E. Baldi responded to a driver disturbance. The caller advised a female was slumped over the wheel in the parking lot. Deputies arrived on scene and observed the slumbering suspect still in her running vehicle. When the driver woke up, deputies observed signs of intoxication. The driver would admit to consuming two drinks while working behind the bar. From working behind the bar to being placed behind bars, for she was charged with driving under the influence second offense within ten years. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a $2,000 secured bond.
