A Dumfries woman was arrested after deputies observed her vehicle failing to maintain its lane.
Deputy Kotter reported the driver displayed slurred speech, glassy eyes, and the odor of alcohol. Although she initially denied drinking, she later admitted consuming alcohol. She refused a roadside breath test, but testing at the Sheriff’s Office showed her blood alcohol content exceeded the legal limit.
Monica Henn, 33, of Dumfries, was charged with driving under the influence and a traffic lane violation.
