A hit-and-run investigation at a FedEx facility led to the arrest of a wanted individual early on March 20.
Deputies responded to the scene and learned that one of the drivers involved had an active felony warrant. The suspect was quickly taken into custody and later admitted to driving without a valid license.
Romel Whitaker, 24, of Woodbridge, was served on his outstanding warrant and additionally charged with driving without a license. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail on a secured bond.
