A disturbance investigation on Wyne Drive resulted in the arrest of a man who allegedly provided false identification to law enforcement.
The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office said a deputy responded to a disturbance and made contact with the suspect. Authorities said the suspect provided false identification and was arrested.
Jacob Midkiff, 33, of Cartersville, was charged with identity fraud, falsely identifying himself to law enforcement and unlawful change of name. He was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
