Deputies executed a warrant service on Brooke Road that turned into a brief manhunt. The male suspect, wanted for multiple charges including felony domestic assault and battery, possession of burglary tools, and unauthorized use of a vehicle, attempted to evade law enforcement by hiding in a shed. Deputy H.T. Wagner eventually located and detained the suspect after repeated commands were ignored. In addition to the original charges, he now faces an additional charge of obstruction of justice. He is currently being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
