Deputy H. Rivera responded to a conning caller. The victim advised he received a call from an officer advising his daughter was involved in an auto accident and needed to be bailed out. The loving father would withdraw cash and give it to a male suspect at a local parking lot. When the caller requested additional money for additional fees, the victim discovered it was all a scam.
