Deputies responded to a fraud report after a victim discovered unauthorized withdrawals from their bank account.
The fraudulent transactions originated in New York, and the suspect reportedly changed the account address to Arkansas before activating a new debit card in the victim’s name. The bank has since frozen the account to prevent further activity.
