Deputy Eastman responded to a fraud complaint Monday afternoon involving the use of a fraudulent coupon at a business on Garrisonville Road.
Store employees reported that a suspect used a coupon displayed on their phone to purchase a dog health supplement. According to employees, the same suspect had used the fraudulent coupon at several other stores in the area.
Employees provided surveillance footage and receipts confirming the transaction. After applying the coupon, the suspect paid the remaining balance with cash.
The suspect reportedly parked far away from the store, preventing cameras from capturing the vehicle information. At this time, no suspect has been identified.
