Fredericksburg Driver Arrested After Crash Into Utility Pole on Warrenton Road

A single-vehicle crash on Warrenton Road resulted in the arrest of a Fredericksburg man on driving under the influence charges.

According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded after a vehicle left the roadway and struck a telephone pole.

Deputies observed a THC vaping device in the driver’s lap and reported the driver showed signs of impairment. Additional drug paraphernalia and suspected narcotics were allegedly found in the driver’s hands as he exited the vehicle and inside the vehicle.

The driver, identified as 45-year-old William Hall of Fredericksburg, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence. He was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
