A Fredericksburg woman was arrested after deputies investigated a disturbance on Hidden Brook Drive.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, the victim reported that the suspect acted aggressively during the encounter. After speaking with both parties, deputies determined the suspect made derogatory remarks toward the victim before spitting in the victim’s face.
The suspect was identified as 56-year-old Rhonda Davis of Fredericksburg. She was arrested and charged with assault and battery before being transported to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where she was held on a secured bond.
