Deputy Sayegh responded to a request from Pennsylvania State Police regarding a wanted suspect believed to be in the Stafford area.
After locating the suspect, deputies arrested 21-year-old Kristen Perez of Fredericksburg. Perez was charged as a fugitive from justice and transported to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where she was held without bond.
