A wanted fugitive from Kansas was apprehended in Stafford after being tracked down by the U.S. Marshals. The male suspect, who was wanted for felony exploitation of a child, was located on Garrisonville Road.
Deputy C.S. Harding charged him as a fugitive from justice. He is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond pending further legal proceedings.
