Deputies apprehended a fugitive from justice at a Stafford Target after spotting the individual during routine patrol.
The suspect was wanted out of Kentucky for failing to appear in court. After confirming the individual’s identity, deputies made the arrest without incident.
Edward Linsmayer, 55, of Fredericksburg, was charged as a fugitive from justice and held without bond.x
