Stafford deputies successfully apprehended a 19-year-old male wanted in Pennsylvania on charges related to the sexual extortion of a minor. Acting on received intelligence, law enforcement located and detained the suspect without incident on Tall Oaks Court. He has been charged as a fugitive from justice and remains in custody at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
