While investigating a shoplifting case, a deputy was alerted to a fender bender in the parking lot. The driver involved admitted to having two beers while golfing earlier in the day. Signs of intoxication were apparent, and he was arrested for DUI and refusal, then held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
