A Henrico woman was arrested after deputies found her sitting on private property at Car City with an open container of alcohol.
Deputy E. Jones reported the woman showed several signs of intoxication, including a strong odor of alcohol and profuse sweating.
Elizabeth Legg, 44, of Henrico, was charged with public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
