A dangerous racing incident on Interstate 95 led to an arrest after First Sergeant Foreman observed two vehicles traveling at high speeds. When authorities attempted a traffic stop, only one vehicle complied.
During the stop, the driver was seen switching seats with a passenger in an apparent attempt to avoid responsibility. The suspect was quickly taken into custody, and further investigation revealed he was already wanted in both Prince William County and Stafford County.
The individual was identified as 21-year-old Jaleel Calloway of Stafford. He faces multiple charges, including obstructing justice, reckless driving, and driving with a revoked license, in addition to being served outstanding warrants. Calloway was later given a secured bond.
