A relaxing spa day turned into a hit and run incident when a parked car was struck outside Lily Nail & Spa. A family member of the victim witnessed the crash and captured the suspect vehicle’s license plate. Deputy C.S. Harding tracked down the driver, who admitted to the accident. A warrant for hit and run has been issued.er homes. Upon arrival, he found the suspect running down the street. She was wanted on a trespassing charge and was arrested. While being transported, she attempted to kick a deputy and assaulted a correctional officer. Charges include public intoxication, assault on a correctional officer, and the outstanding warrant. She is being held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.
