A driver involved in a hit-and-run crash on Richmond Highway was followed by the victim to a Wawa on Garrisonville Road. Deputies arrived and identified the suspect as a 27-year-old man, who was found to be intoxicated.
He was arrested for DUI and hit-and-run and held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
