A Midland woman was arrested after deputies investigated reports of an intoxicated guest damaging property at a Stafford hotel.
According to the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Quality Inn after receiving reports that a woman was stumbling through the property and had damaged equipment inside the hotel gym.
Deputies said the woman showed signs of intoxication, and damage to gym equipment and floor mats was observed during the investigation.
The suspect, identified as 64-year-old Karen Miller of Midland, was charged with public intoxication and destruction of property. She was held at the Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
