A man reported for a delayed turn-in at the Magistrate’s Office but arrived heavily intoxicated. Deputy R. H. Ryan found the individual with slurred speech and balance issues. The suspect, Jemmy Vasquez, 38, of Alexandria, was arrested for public intoxication and turned over to jail custody.
