Deputy I.E. Baldi conducted a traffic stop on a Kia that ran a red light and discovered the driver had no license, appeared intoxicated, and possessed a suspected controlled substance. The individual was charged with DUI, driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance, and the traffic violation. He is being held on a $5,000 secured bond at Rappahannock Regional Jail.
