A deputy observed a man struggling to maintain his balance while attempting to get onto an e-bike near a Wawa convenience store. The suspect showed multiple signs of impairment, and a THC device was later recovered. Abner Velasquez Sanchez, 31, of Stafford, was charged with public intoxication.
