An intoxicated man disrupted several nearby restaurants, starting at Poncho Villa where he got into a verbal altercation, then moving to Bob Evans where he lifted his shirt in front of guests. He eventually wandered into Applebee’s, where deputies found him heavily intoxicated. He was arrested for public intoxication and held at Rappahannock Regional Jail until sober.
