Early on April Fools’ Day, a man’s wobble through the parking lot of Lowes caught the attention of Deputy S.A. Edwards. The man, clearly under the influence, admitted to drinking “a few beers” at a nearby bar. He was arrested for public intoxication and taken to Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held until sober.
