An intoxicated man was discovered at Five Guys after reportedly consuming alcohol inside Publix. Deputy R. W. Stamm located the individual, who had a strong alcohol odor and a small alcohol bottle in his possession. Ernest Lavender, 58, of Stafford, was arrested for public intoxication and held until sober.
